5. Booking & Payment * Bookings must be made through the website or direct contact * Payment can be cash or online (if available) * Prices may vary based on vehicle size and condition
6- Customer Responsibilities * Ensure access to the vehicle * Provide accurate location * Remove personal belongings from the car
7-. Cancellations * Cancellations must be made at least [6–12 hours] before the appointment * Late cancellations may incur a fee
8. Liability WASHYGO is not responsible for: * Pre-existing damage * Items left inside the vehicle
9. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate.
